Our client is looking to recruit for Consultants responsible for issuing digital certificates & other digital products. Ideal candidates must be very fluent in English and able to work shifts from 17:00 to 3am
Core job function centers on processing customer orders and evaluating the authenticity of enrollments by:-
Following policy guidelines, while closely reviewing documentation and customer information
Determine if customer’s company is a legitimate legal business entity by reviewing online databases or verified/witnessed documents supplied by the customer.
Determine if customer’s company has legal right to use the internet domain name listed on the certificate signing request by reviewing online databases, or seeking the express permission from the domain owner.
Verify via third party source(s) that customer’s named contacts are employed at customer’s company and/or have the legal right to request and/or administer the digital certificate.
Issue the digital certificate or ensure a team member performs this task within policy guidelines.
Provide World Class customer support via chat, phone and email.
Qualifications & Experience:
o Diploma or Bachelor’s degree desirable, but not required
o Experience in a policy / compliance role an advantage (banking, finance, fraud)
o Proven experience in evaluating and mitigating risk
o Experience in dealing with customers via phone, chat and email.
o Excellent written and oral communication in English.
