Responsibilities / duties
- Compile data and reports on excel spreadsheet.
- Manage documents in the office
- Responsible for the preparation of documentation for meetings, training and workshops.
- Minute taking at all regional meetings.
- Provide assistance with the regional training and marketing events.
- Assist with planning in the region.
- General office administration
Secretarial experience (3 years working experience as a secretary)
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Able to work without supervision
Highly Computer Literacy – MS Office , Excel and Powerpoint
Able to operate office equipment
Code 08 driver’s license
Must have own vehicle
Fast typing skills
Good telephone skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R6,000.00 to R7,000.00 /month
