Senior Manager: Customer Care
Salary: R 948 174 – R 1 116 918 p.a. inclusive of benefits

Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) as recognized by SAQAin the relevant field coupled with 5
years middle/ senior management level experience in the relevant field; Knowledge of SASSAConstitutional mandate, relevant
policies and legislation in Public Management, Social Security Management and poverty alleviation matters. Computer literacy
and a valid driver’s license are essential.
The incumbent will be responsible for the Management of Human , Financial Resources and all assets attached to the Unit;
Provide a customer care strategy for the Region that is aligned to National Directives; Provide strategic guidance and coordinate
customer care strategy for the Region that is aligned to national directives; Provide strategic guidance, contact/
complaints and call centre management; Initiate service delivery improvements in the Unit; Develop and Monitor
implementation of customer care charter; Develop and coordinate help desk management strategies and Manage services

Senior Legal Admin Officer MR 6 (OSD) ( Re-advertisement)

Candidates should hold LLB or relevant B degree in Law plus 8 years post graduate experience in Law; Admission as an
Attorney or Advocate will serve as an added advantage; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.
The incumbent will implement contract policies and procedures; Implement internal controls and contractual stipulations;
Interpretation of legislation; Drafting and vetting of legal contracts; Manage litigation; Provide legal opinions; Handle debt
collection matters; Supervise the rendering of legal advisory service related to state losses, Liabilities and legal processes;
Implement legislation training with the internal stakeholders on a need-be basis.

Practitioner: Legal Administration Officer MR-3 (OSD)
Salary: R 226 227– R 258 672p.a. inclusive of benefits

The incumbent will collate litigation, contract and legislative compliance information from SASSA Regional Offices; Capture
litigation data on the database and compile the litigation statistics report; Compilation of the statistics relating to contracts and
legal opinions; Assists in the drafting of contracts; Conduct research; Assist in the provisioning of legal advice and/or opinions;
Performance of any other administrative duties when requested.
